Age Requirement
Guests must be 16 years or older to use the Hydeout workspace.
Bookings & Payment

Advance payment is required to secure all bookings.

First come, first served: No reserved seating.

Booking a Day Pass, Weekly Pass, or Monthly Pass grants access to any available workspaces, including:

4 single desks
-
2 shared desks (2 seats each)

Lounge and couch areas
-
A round table with 2 seats

Maximum capacity is capped at 10 guests to ensure workspace availability.

Same-day bookings are accepted if space is available; the full daily rate applies regardless of arrival time.

Use of shared amenities

Access to the meeting room (booked on the day via the whiteboard or by emailing Hydeout ahead of time)
Space Use & Conduct

No smoking inside the workspace or within 5 meters of any entrance.

No alcohol is permitted on the premises.

Outside guests are not allowed unless they have booked a pass. (This includes meetings — all attendees must have a booking.)

Please keep noise levels respectful to maintain a calm working environment.

Guests must clean up after themselves, including washing and drying any used cups or kitchenware.
Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged for repairs.

Lost locker keys will incur a replacement fee.

Hydeout is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Changes, Cancellations & Refusals

Hydeout reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings at any time for inappropriate behavior, breach of terms, or operational reasons.

Bookings cannot be sublet without prior written permission.

Workspace hours are strictly enforced unless alternative arrangements have been made ahead of time.
Shared Spaces

Hydeout operates as a shared workspace — please respect the common areas and fellow guests.
