Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. However, you may request a one-time rebooking to another available date within 14 days of your original booking, subject to availability.
No-Shows

If you do not attend your booking and fail to provide notice, your booking will be considered a no-show.

No refunds or rebooking options are offered for no-shows.
Rescheduling

If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date at no additional charge.
Cancellations by Hydeout

In the rare event that Hydeout needs to cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a reschedule to a future available date.
