Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Customer Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. However, you may request a one-time rebooking to another available date within 14 days of your original booking, subject to availability.
     

No-Shows

  • If you do not attend your booking and fail to provide notice, your booking will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds or rebooking options are offered for no-shows.
     

Rescheduling

  • If you provide more than 24 hours' notice, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date at no additional charge.

 

Cancellations by Hydeout

  • In the rare event that Hydeout needs to cancel your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a reschedule to a future available date.
