Cancellations & Refunds

Customer cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable, though a one-time rebooking to another date within 14 days may be requested, subject to availability.

No-shows

Bookings without attendance and no prior notice are considered no-shows. No refunds or rebooking options are offered for no-shows.

Rescheduling

If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, we are happy to reschedule your booking to another available date at no additional charge.

Cancellations by Hydeout

Should Hydeout need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers receive either a full refund or rescheduling to a future available date.
