Yes. The private meeting room is free for anyone with a desk pass, at no extra cost. When you need to close the door for a call or some focus, just add your name and time to the whiteboard by the entrance. It is shared, so it is first in, first served.
Cancel with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund or a free reschedule. Inside 24 hours is non-refundable, but you can request a one-time rebooking within 14 days, subject to availability. The full Cancellations and Refunds policy is linked in the footer.
